IS YOUR ONLINE SHOPPING SECURE WITH US?

Yes, shopping on-line with Mobile Smart Ltd is secure and safe. Your debit/credit card details will only be used to process your payment and are not stored or saved. We will only use your telephone number to contact you in case there is a problem with your order. We will not share your details with any unauthorized third parties.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit Mobile Smart or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail, Phone or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

YOUR  ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Mobile Smart ltd and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Mobile smart are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Mobile Smart attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Mobile Smart does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Mobile Smart itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

However, we are not obliged to refund items if you have changed your mind about a purchase. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act.

LAYBY OPTION

We do offer layby option for buying goods in our store. A layby sale is one where you pay by instalments and the goods are held by Mobile Smart until you pay off the balance or a specified portion of the total price.

Layby items are held for 6 weeks from the date of purchase. The minimum deposit is 20% and the final payment must be made within 6 weeks. In case of a large amount the layby term can be extended to 9 weeks providing that the payments are made regularly If final payment is not completed within the Agreed time or If you change your mind and wish to get your money back we will deduct the 20% deposited amount from the paid amount to cover up loss in sale. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

Payments can be made in the store or via direct bank transfer.

REPAIR

Please remove any sim or memory cards when submitting your device for repair or unlock.

DATA LOSS WARNING FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE REPAIRS

Please be aware that part of the test and repair procedure for mobile phone may require upgrading the unit’s software and/or the replacement of components that store data, settings and other content or contact information. Whether to upgrade any software or replace any component in the test and repair process is extremely at the discretion of Mobile Smart Ltd unless specifically instructed otherwise in writing by the customer.

It is your responsibility to back up data before sending your Device for Repair. Mobile Smart cannot accept responsibility for any such of data loss should it occur during the test and repair procedure, nor for any consequential personal or business loss including goodwill or wasted expenditure or any indirect or consequential loss.

If the device is broken there might be hidden damage as well.

WARRANTY ON REPAIR

Yes. Mobile Smart Limited will provide 90 days warranty on all specific repair done. If the same fault repeats three times after being repair, we will give you a full refund but the inspection fee will not be refundable as actual inspection had been conducted.

WHAT IS LIQUID DAMAGE?

Unclaimed Repairs

All products which are not collected within 90 days from the date of repaired, will belong to the repairer to be disposed, utilized as spare parts or sold to recover repair costs.
